Using OnadaMeet
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the service according to applicable laws and these terms.
You are responsible for your account, workspace configuration, invitations, guest links, classroom links, and user permissions.
You may not misuse OnadaMeet, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts, or use the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

Customer Content
Customer content includes meeting names, classroom information, chat messages, recordings, attendance records, meeting notes, documents, uploaded materials, and exported reports.
You retain ownership of customer content. You grant OnadaMeet permission to process it only as needed to provide, protect, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for making sure your users, guests, students, employees, and attendees understand how their information may be used.

Meetings, Classrooms, And AI
OnadaMeet provides collaboration tools including meetings, classrooms, whiteboards, scheduling, attendance, meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up workflows.
Automatically generated information can be incomplete or inaccurate. Generated records may require human review before legal, financial, academic, employment, compliance, or business-critical decisions.
Hosts and tutors are responsible for participant conduct, consent to recording or transcription, and the accuracy of exported records.

Plans, Billing, And Trials
Paid plans, one-time meetings, taxes, renewal periods, usage limits, and cancellation terms may be shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
One-time meeting fees and subscription charges are non-refundable after use or the start of a billing period, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
We may change plans, features, limits, and prices with appropriate notice where required.

Service Availability
We work to keep OnadaMeet reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, third-party providers, browser restrictions, or events outside our control.
Some capabilities may require third-party services such as payment processors, media infrastructure, automation providers, email delivery, or database hosting.
We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these terms.

Termination, Limitation, And Updates
You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription through available billing controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnadaMeet is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are provided by Onada Innovative LLC and are effective August 4, 2026. Governing law and venue will be determined by applicable law or a separate written agreement. For terms questions, contact legal@onadameet.com.
